Absolutely — no membership required. We handle one-off repairs, installs, and projects at our standard rates: $125 minimum service charge (first hour included). Just fill out the request form and we'll get back to you with a quote.
Safe Harbor has three options: Founding Member $149/mo (12-month agreement, first 20 members only — renews at Annual rate); Annual $189/mo (12-month agreement); Flexible $249/mo (month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice). Annual prepay is $1,995/year. If you cancel a 12-month agreement early, you pay the difference between your plan rate and the $249/mo Flexible rate for each month used. Billing starts on your signup date.

Your 2 monthly visits (60 min each) cover inspection, documentation, and small to-do's that fit within the visit time. If a repair goes beyond that, we quote it flat-rate by the job at reduced member rates — and you approve before we proceed. Repairs are never assumed to be included.
We inspect key areas of your home — HVAC filters, plumbing, doors, windows, safety devices, and more. Everything is documented so you have a record. We flag anything that needs attention so small issues don't become big problems or safety risks.
Weekdays only for regular visits. After-hours weekday service is available for members at a $175 minimum (includes first hour). Weekend service is only for member emergencies by approval. We do not do roof inspections, big remodels, or large construction projects.
